  • Received ‘Second Prize’ in the Research Proposal Contest, held under the aegis of Yale-Great Lakes 6th International Research Conference on Wednesday, 28 December 2011 at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.
  • Received ‘Best Paper Award’ in the First International Marketing Conference (MARCON 2010) held at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, December 27th- 29th, 2010.
  • Received ‘First Prize’ (student category) in the 14th Nirma International Conference on Management (NICOM) held at Nirma University, Ahmedabad on 6th – 8th January, 2011.

  • Worked as Principle Coordinator (April 2019-June 2019) in the project, Design and development of compensation package of contractual employees of BGCL, Bihar.
  • Worked as Principle Coordinator (March 2018-September 2018) in the project, ‘Media Tracking on Child Marriage and Dowry in Bihar’ under anti child marriage and dowry campaign launched by honourable Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar on October 2nd, 2017.

  • Conducted sessions in the management development programme, under Bihar Administrative Services (BAS) Training, scheduled for March 7-March 11. The topics included, group dynamics and team building, communications skills-oral and written, leadership styles, conferencing skills, organising and conducting meetings, conflict and negotiation and transactional analysis .
  • Conducted sessions in the training program for the functionaries of the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the Disaster Management Department (DMD), Govt. of Bihar. The training program is organized by the Centre of Excellence in Disaster Management (CoEDM), set up at the Development Management Institute (DMI) DMI, The topic was Leadership and Leadership Styles.
  • Conducted sessions in the management development programme, under Bihar Police Service (BPS) Probationers’ Training, scheduled for Sept 4-Sept.24. The topics include, group dynamics and team building, communications skills-oral and written, leadership potential and skills and conflict and negotiation.
  • Conducted sessions on motivation, interpersonal effectiveness, managing intra and inter departmental relationships and managing effective communication in the month of skills January, 2021 under Bihar Prison Service (BPrS) Officers’ Training
