For non-technical executives or business leaders and key strategists, IT often becomes a source of much distress and frustration. In many organizations, the relationship between IT departments and key decision-makers is not aligned, leading to the miscommunication in achieving the organizational objectives. Executives start feeling as everything regarding IT takes too long and costs too much. They also lack the language and instincts to make good decisions regarding IT and struggle to improve the situation at the cost of time and even undesirable IT investments.
This MDP is intended to offer essential IT management training to help non-technical managers/ executives in generating value from IT and help organizations develop a language shared by managers from various backgrounds and areas of expertise, so they can work together efficiently and productively, driving the organization toward future success.
