Udbhav is an annual Business Festival organised by the students of CIMP. It aims to elicit students’ competitive spirit and put their business acumen, skills, and knowledge. It is an amalgamation of events from various facets of management, such as marketing, human resources, finance, and analytics. Also, the event aims to provide a platform to showcase your extracurricular activities, including debate, singing, fashion, and many more. The events are designed to bring out the best in participants in controlled and simulated environments. Udbhav is conceptualised, planned, and executed by students, and it is an ideal balance of responsibility, accountability, celebration, and fun. Udbhav witnesses participation from students across India, bringing the campus to life on event days.

  1. B-Quiz: Each team will be asked five questions; if they can’t answer the question, they can pass the questions to another team. The answering time for the direct question will be 20 seconds, and for passed questions will be 10 seconds. The right answer for the direct question gives you 10 points and 5 points for the passed question from other teams. Team discussion is allowed, but only one member from each team should answer. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.
  2. B-Plan: The B-Plan Competition is designed to give collegiate entrepreneurs a real-world experience to fine-tune their business plans and elevator pitches to generate funding to successfully commercialize their product. The Competition is for students with exceptional venture ideas. Event will be organized and conducted in two mode , online/offlibe by B-Fest Committee of Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna, which is focused on creating an ecosystem of entrepreneurial thoughts and mindsets and an engagement platform for innovators, and entrepreneurs.
  3. Ethnic Fashionista: The participants have to present themselves in ethnic attire. The event will consist of three rounds: ramp walk round, talent round, and question-answer round. The participants will be provided with a unique identification number.
  4. Talent Hunt: Every participant will have the opportunity to showcase their talent to the audience. It could be singing, rapping, dancing, or even a magic show. Before the event, participants will update their performance details via mail at udbhav@cimp.ac.in.
  5. Solo Dance: The solo dance will last no more than three minutes. The participants must bring the selected songs and submit them to udbhav@cimp.ac.in.
  6. Best from Waste: You have to make some products from the waste materials. Participants are required to bring their raw materials and stationery to the event. You have to finish within 1 hour. The most innovative Idea will be rewarded.
  7. Debate: There will be 16 participants in one slot. The participants will be informed of their topic in advance. The participants are expected to assign affirmative and negative responses based on their preferences. Participants will be given two minutes for the research.
  8. Group Dance: The participants must bring the selected songs and submit them to udbhav@cimp.ac.in. Participants are instructed to prepare fusion dance (mixture of two or more dance forms/style). Each group performance will have a time limit of 5 to 7 minutes.
  9. Pic-Click: Pic-click is a photography competition in which students are given a two-hour time slot. The participants are expected to take one photograph inside the CIMP campus and edit it and write a short note explaining their photograph. They must send it to the udbhav@cimp.ac.in address within the specified time frame.
  10. Singing: Each participant will have a maximum time limit of 5 minutes to sing. They will be judged on their body language and audience involvement.
  11. Short Film: All registered participants will have to create a short film about Bihar tourism. Participants must submit their films to UDBHAV by uploading them to a drive and sending them via email to udbhav@cimp.ac.in. The film will have a maximum run time of 2 minutes.
