IT Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to successfully meet the IT project objectives. As an IT project manager you are responsible to undertake critical objectives, which could be defined in terms of outputs, outcomes or benefits. Two sessions will be held every Saturday. Each session shall be of 60 minutes duration. The normal timing of the sessions will be as follows:

• Session I: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Session II: 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.

In addition to attending interactive sessions, participants have to undertake online quizzes, assignments, and examinations.

• Diploma (10+2+3)/Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4)/2-Year Master’s Degree or its equivalent from recognised universities (UGC/ AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline
• 2 years of work experience after completion of qualifying education as above
• Participants who fulfil the above criteria but are not working currently, are also eligible for the programme

• Module 18-20: Group Presentation. A small case given to learners to create a detailed Project Charter/Project Plan/Stakeholder Analysis
