OB & HR MDP: Self and Motivation

Self is the core of our world and our world-view. If one can understand self and manage it she/he can resolve the complexities of the world around them. Understanding self can solve the inner complexities and can help in developing an internally resolved personality. This will lead to helping a person be able to solve the problems around them with ease, be it at their home front or at their workplace. It will keep them self-motivated and will also develop leadership qualities effortlessly.

The objective of the program is to:

• Prepare a person to be able to solve their official as well as their personal problems without any external help
• Will make bring clarity to a person about themselves as well as their workplace as well as their choice of work and the complexities therein
• To remain self-motivate
• To understand, how to develop them-selves as a leader
• To be able to build self image properly

The program is designed for managerial/ officer level professionals be it government or private sector. The applicant should hold a graduate degree for the minimum.

The rate of per day per participant is INR 5000/- plus GST @18%. (This program requires at least 20 participants for commencement)

Prof. Rajesh Kumar

A Fellow (Doctoral Degree) from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), he has done his Masters from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP) Bihar. His area of specialisation if Organisation Behaviour (OB) / Organisation Theory (OT).

He has been conducting capacity building programme for government as well as private sector officials in the area of self, personality, motivation, perception, leadership etc. in various management development programs for last eleven years.
