Entrepreneurship MDPs: Structuring for Innovation

This course is basically for understanding organisational design in detail, with a special emphasis on product and process innovation. Another area of causal emphasis will be on basically differentiating different sectors of industry on the basis of uncertainty. The first part of the course will be to understand mechanistic or "certain" conditions of structure, while the second part will deal with the organic environment. The latter part of the course will deal with the nitty-gritty of product and process innovation and the different facets of the design process. This course is an amalgamation of Innovation Management, Strategic Management, and Organizational Design.

The main objective of the MDP is to give the participants a holistic perspective relating to the complex correlation between the design of an organisation and its most important correlates like strategy and innovation.
